Full Description

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is a fellowship program aimed at attracting exceptionally talented and motivated students to pursue basic science courses and research careers. Selected fellows receive a monthly fellowship along with an annual contingency grant throughout their undergraduate and master's studies, along with mentorship from leading scientists.

Application Process

  1. Register for and appear in the national aptitude test
  2. Qualify the written test and subsequent interview
  3. Enroll in the fellowship upon selection
  4. Attend annual science camps during the fellowship
