Full Description

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program provides access to secondary and higher education for young people who are committed to giving back to their communities. While primarily focused on Sub-Saharan Africa, the program partners with universities globally and includes provisions for refugees, displaced youth, and marginalized groups. The program provides comprehensive financial, social, and academic support.

Application Process

  1. Identify a partner university offering the Scholars Program
  2. Apply to the university for admission
  3. Apply for the Mastercard Foundation Scholarship through the university's portal
  4. Selection is managed entirely by the partner universities
