Full Description

The ONGC Foundation offers scholarships to meritorious students belonging to SC/ST, OBC, and General categories who are pursuing professional courses such as Engineering, MBBS, or Master’s in Geophysics/Geology. It aims to provide equal opportunities to students from lower-income families, ensuring they complete high-cost professional degrees without financial burden.

Renewable every year until the completion of the course

50% of the scholarships are strictly reserved for girl students

Eligibility Criteria

✓
Indian citizen enrolled in the first year of an Engineering, MBBS, or MBA/Masters in Geology/Geophysics program
✓
Secured at least 60% marks in Class 12 (for UG) or undergraduate degree (for PG)
✓
Gross family income not exceeding ₹4.5 Lakhs (SC/ST) or ₹2 Lakhs (OBC/General) per annum

Application Process

•Students already receiving another scholarship cannot apply.
•The scholarship amount is directly transferred to the student’s bank account.
