Full Description

The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP), funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managed by Nuffic, supports individuals and organizations in developing countries to acquire knowledge and skills that strengthen their own capacity. It funds short courses, master's degrees, and tailor-made training at Dutch institutions for professionals already working in their field.

Eligibility Criteria

✓
National of an OKP-eligible country (India is included)
✓
Currently employed with at least three years of relevant work experience
✓
Admitted to an eligible short course or Dutch master's programme
✓
Not have lived or worked outside your home country for more than the permitted period in recent years

Required Documents

Academic transcripts and degree certificates

Copy of valid passport

Application Process

  1. Identify an OKP-listed course or programme at a participating Dutch institution
  2. Apply for admission to the course directly with the institution
  3. Submit the OKP scholarship application through the institution or Nuffic portal
  4. Selection outcomes are communicated by the host institution

Important Information

•The programme prioritizes candidates already working in sectors relevant to development, such as water, agriculture, health, and rule of law.
