Full Description

The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) program offers fully funded master’s scholarships to students from eligible countries. It is designed to develop a network of future global leaders who will contribute to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The scholarship covers tuition, living expenses, and membership in the SI Network for Future Global Professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

✓
Citizen of an eligible country (varies yearly; check official list)
✓
Minimum of 3,000 hours of demonstrated work experience
✓
Demonstrated leadership experience from employment, civil society, or alumni networks
✓
Admitted to an eligible master’s program in Sweden

Application Process

  1. Apply for a master’s program via University Admissions in Sweden by mid-January
  2. Apply for the SI Scholarship in February using the specific SI portal
  3. Receive university admission results in late March
  4. SI Scholarship results are announced in late April

Important Information

•The application requires using very specific templates provided by the Swedish Institute. Standard CVs and reference letters are rejected.
