Full Description
The University of Helsinki Scholarship Programme supports talented fee-paying students from outside the EU/EEA in pursuing a master's degree. Full scholarships cover the entire tuition fee, and top full-scholarship holders can also apply for an additional living cost grant to help cover expenses in Finland.
